Shona lives in a detached house in Northern Ireland with her
grandparents. Her dad works as a bank manager in London and flies back home at weekends. Her mum is not alive.
She has one sister, Tricia and a cat, Tiggy. Tricia goes to a nearby school
where she has a lot of friends.
Her favourite hobbies are dancing and roller skating. She takes dancing
lessons twice a week at a famous dancing club. Two of her classmates also go there, so they have a lot of fun together. She does roller skating at weekends with her sister Tricia who really loves it.
Shona’s house has got four bedrooms, a large kitchen, a big living room,
two bathrooms and a garage. The front garden has a lot of flowers. Her grandpa grows some vegetables in the back garden.
Shona’s close friend, Caroline, lives in a large house in the country and
goes to the same school as Shona. Both of them are in the school band. Shona plays the drums and Caroline the saxo. They enjoy music a lot. |
